
Old Fashion Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn

Kettle corn gets its name from its method of preparation, which in our case is a copper kettle. We pop our corn in corn oil, add mushroom corn, and then add sugar to the copper kettle.

We use mushroom corn for its large, round shape—perfect for holding flavor. While popping in corn oil, we add sugar directly into the kettle. This allows the sweetness to coat each kernel evenly as it cooks.

Big Sky Kettle Corn has a dominantly sweet flavor, with just a hint of salt to balance it out. That sweet-and-savory blend, achieved through our handmade process, makes every bite a little celebration.
